I must admit, I personally am a fan of this company at the moment. I hope they don't do something to change my mind. It does get me a bit nervous with no feedback how operations are progressing. Are things not going to plan? The share price does make me wonder how it's performing?

It all boils down to cost to attract someone on board to extract it, and to process it I do think labour costs are going to be crippling. At the moment there's zero interest in share buying.
