25% rise with no news means somebody has an inside line maybe...?
looks like the shorters are taking the profit. this will fall some more I think, settle for a while then maybe gain ground towards the end of the year depending on results of new contracts. wouldn't like to call how low it will go. I was hoping 5.5p but we may see 3p...
Lots of short term investors involved I feel. This needs to normalise before it gains again.14p by Christmas I hope 😀
shorters will take profits soon, maybe 5.5p by Friday.... or hopefully big news as you say :-)
So £15m. Assume Visa charge up to 2% of which CBUY won't get 50% i.e 1% = £150,000 or less.... Maybe my numbers don't add up. It would be nice to understand the Visa partnership. Is it 50/50 (severely doubt it) if it's 1/3 then is £100,000. Just enough for a new extension for honest Ron I'm thinking
Generally the markets know up front what is happening, poor show all round. The company should do some expectation management I don't think....
Just did a simple test in this site. I looked at a mains powered can opener on the site. You don't get any specs, photos etc, £24. A quick search on Amazon I can get a can, bottle and knife sharpener 3in1 for £17. Not overly impressed, needs more detail and tons more products
Good news, unfortunately £300k over three years seems to be a loss leader more than profit. We still don't understand how much we are earning from these ventures under the new revenue model, it could be peanuts and not the £50m honest Ron has predicted. Let's hope though :-/
expensive Easter eggs this year NMH19... :-( does this mean we have gone to the dogs? It would have been nice to know we were looking for a financial package!!
I've only found a £12k, £7.5k and £15k since last summer from two of the 8 directors on LSE director buys. Hate to say it but it better be good news or is this the smart money leaving...
Director buys would indicate the bottom I believe. Any big ones (over £10k)?
I'm a true simpleton and don't mind admitting it. Could anyone cast a view over the following simpletons idea... If, and I stress if we are supposed to be a global B2B marketplace, likened by RD as the business version of Amazon, why does CBUY not host a joined up 'global' CBUY community? Amazon didn't go to every home and asked what they would like to sell to their mates, then create a web site for them and maybe their neighbours to do a little buying and selling. Surely there is a need for a joined up community, hosted centrally (reducing costs) and providing a platform for businesses to buy from a global market. I recently bought a SD card and some swimming trunks from Amazon the other day. The SD card came from China and the Budgie Smugglers came from Auz, neither countries would be on my preferred list of sellers but it works and more importantly it works for Amazon and myself. Cheaper goods with a an element of trust, that's how business works... Setting up GCSE websites and just adding a Visa sign doesn't cut it for me. Very poor show, looking forward to the next AGM, anyone any idea when it is?
I've seen church bulletin boards with more B2B commerce .... worrying
HOPE is so close to HELP!!! funkybeats :-)
6% on no news, plse lets have no news for the next.... 14.4 days and I'll be happy 😀
Anyone know how the NHS contracts are maturing? Also, in terms of sales strategy, are we now part of a resellers portfolio or is the B2B product still fairly unique...?
Yep, I think high teens is possible just any share that makes nearly 60% is gonna get a kicking by the shorters. Maybe see 8p before a recovery?
Looks like we have a roller coaster...
Any idea when the financial results are out? I'm hoping it might be one of the last hurdles to get over.
I agree that the director buys are encouraging, I've not tracked them, are they £200k or 200k shares (which equate to £12k)? Sella, is encouraging but what happens when this looks like a nice acquisition? The risk to little me is do I average down just incase the offer Sits around 20p (which is a risk if it goes belly up) or do I wait out for the SP to gain traction??? I can't see this going higher than 35p without something radical happening, it could sit here at 6p till summer next year when some more positive news appears or.... Continue at the current rate of decline.... Let's see what the new revenue model produces
