Long-time holder, first post. Not enjoying seeing the price drift towards my once healthy looking average. Enjoy reading the posts from those more well-informed than I, hoping for a change in sentiment for this share soon.
this is starting to look very cheap again, although still pretty unloved by the market. i was wondering if anyone has been able to put these in an isa? they are in the ftse aim all share ftse constituent but the share centre don't recognise them as being isa-able (whereas they do with rrl who are listed in the same sector). i would be much more enthusiastic to get back in here if i could stick them in an isa.
22-25
thanks for the info, very encouraging. we've seen before that this can really move on any buying volume, let's hope we get some!
50p plus would incorporate 90p. you c0ck
shares from the share issue go live tomorrow so the morning may see a glut of sales going through. this looked last week like it would drop sub 30 but can't see that happening now. low 30s would be a nice buy-in/average down. wouldn't bet against this being 50p plus by xmas.
and reminded myself that i was in here at just over 30p.....and sold for under 40p! what a ****! got fed up with property stocks earlier in the year. managed to get back into most but this one moved too far too quickly for me. well done to all those who had the patience i wish i'd had.
bought back in this morning on a bit of a whim. this is hotting up completely un-noticed
agreed, looks like the overhang is clearing and should see a sustained rise. this and iere look like gold-plated investments at the moment. big discount on nav and yet to have the gains seen with companies like qed.
have a look over on iii. lots of info there. nectrus are the parent company of ucp.
go for it. price rebounded quickly yesterday, can't see why it won't today. gl
good info, thanks. surprised how quiet this board is. i guess many people view this share as a bit dull at the moment but i'm happy to have a few in my isa as a low-risk long-term play.
i'd pop over to www.iii.co.uk. if you're after some ucp-based chat a lot more interest on this share over there.
