To be fair there is another presentation on Tuesday which follows two others on different platforms recently.

Going with my strategy bought two chunks of £3k worth with one showing as a buy and the other a sell! Patience be rewarded. Only a couple of weeks ago we were testing 36p. Going to rebound hard when we turn.

Good thoughts Sea. Personally I’m very happy buying steady chunks as this has both short term and long term opportunities.

In the blink of an eye BELL can announce numbers and revenue growth off the scale. We know Microsalt is buzzing and news will drop anytime. I fancy a Mon or Tues RNS to spice up the presentation on Tuesday eve.

Little and often investing smooths things out and then the reward will come big time when markets turn which they will cause pensions, wealthy indiduals, wealth funds etc got to make money! Good luck all. I’m in!

I decided to not to invest at the moment until the suspension etc resolved. It could come good but interested in views on debt and finance. They last announced:-

As at 31 July 2022, the Group had net debt of £21.2m driven by an increase in stock, working capital and capex requirements. The Group has a £40m revolving credit facility which the directors believe provides sufficient liquidity for the future.

So against a market cap of circa £58 million they have an almost 50% debt level. If the audited results throw up an even more significant loss then you can see a placing at same time as suspension lift.

It would then be an interesting investment opportunity at the placing level likely around 10p I would suggest. Let’s see what happens. Think this is a runner but the uncertainty on debt persuaded me to wait until delist.

Yep up 10% now. Will settle down and they have the cash for growth now. Plenty of big news coming not least on Microsalt which is the jewel getting brighter and brighter.

With TEK tiny market cap this is where my money is buying up the loose shares. Onwards and upwards will be back soon enough.

Ok thanks all. Certainly a good bounce back this morning. Suppose only risk is tying money up for weeks and not knowing why the audit not straightforward.

Been monitoring this share with a view to buying in. Just a question for more knowledgeable holders.

The announcement states at the end “ The Company aims to complete its audit and publish its annual report within a matter of weeks of this announcement, post which trading in the Company's ordinary shares is expected to recommence”

Why do they only ‘expect to recommence’ trading in the shares? Would have thought that once results announced they can automatically recommence.

Meant to add that their latest deal was in Aus so we are in the right place at the right time.

Article in Mail on Sunday about Anglo Pacific moving away from investing in fossil fuels and investing in copper projects etc. They take a stake in the company with financing in return for current/future revenues from the project.

Just thought another Possible partner as we prove up with the ongoing massive drilling programme. Good luck all. News due anytime.

Back to placing price but we know what happens next, up we will go for a 30% plus rise in no time.

Presentation on 6th Sept which is clever as all traders etc back at desks and take more notice. Remember those folks wishing they had bought the last drop back and then rose circa 60%.

My steady buying on the dips will be well rewarded again and when the breakthrough of 36p comes well it’s blue sky go 50p and beyond.

Saw a sign in large Sainsburys today stating that they are moving some items around as new Regulations mean that foods with high salt or fat content need to be identified.

Step forward Microsalt as the answer to all these manufacturers requirements. Going to be massive and next news will blow the doors off!

Looking at the 100K buys going through looks like the MMs have been working them through.

News incoming anytime and we are off.

Given that the CEO is presenting on 6th Sept I think it is highly probable that we will get big news on Microsalt (salt shaker launch, more bulk buys by majors etc) and news on Guident before then.

Great finds by Steve17 and Seaman to see the explosive growth coming in both BELL and Guident. All for the tiny market cap we have. Not for much longer!

Good point Tiv. With BELL well capitalised for explosive growth in China and Europe then £2 is easily achievable in the near term which means TEK market cap looks ridiculous on that alone.

Lucyd now floated and the future looks very bright as Clifford described today that smart glasses linked to mobile phones etc. will become the norm. The growth curve ahead is very steep and again a buyout is highly likely.

Guident is a dark horse likely for a significant trade sale IMHO. Again worth north of £100 million.

Finally Microsalt= for me the jewel in the crown and as said could be taken out for circa £500 million easily.

Add all this together and you get TEK way north of a £1 a share. Patience going to be rewarded very soon. All coming together nicely. Wakey wakey market.

Food manufacturers, fast food companies, ready meals, snack producers etc etc.Micro-salt alone could be taken out for £500 million!

They are confident gold has been found. Tiny market cap here of circa £27 million so upside is truly massive.
