Am expecting RNS with courts judgement between 10am-10.30am. The judgement is just being handed down meaning no speeches etc but reporting on its content cannot be done until time of hand down.

HARL lawyers will have the judgement under embargo tomorrow if not already. So watch this space around 10am!

Simple really - we know we are fully funded for the upcoming drill in circa 3 weeks time. If no fund raise before results and a discovery is made the share price will likely be at least double or treble where we are so raising cash then will be no problem at a good price.

On discovery might even farm out or have off take agreements ready to roll so no cash raise needed.

If raise before spud or farm out let’s say at 5p (to pick a number) then still binary as if discovery made share price will be 2-3x that price so buying now you still in the money. If discovery not made they will at least already have funds for further drilling.

So simple really. If you are in you are betting on a discovery. Personally I’m in as I think the odds look good. Bring on the drill, could be massive upside. All the chat about will they won’t they placing is just noise! Enjoy the ride if you are in.

Stokey- I agree it is a political decision but one that must be taken within the boundaries of the law. All will be revealed next week.

The company via their lawyers will have an embargoed copy of judgement on morning or night before it is handed down by court.

If JR allowed on the executive point just means a delay while they take the decision again but within the law this time. A negative outcome will help the MMs to take the price down by a couple of pence is my guess.

On positive news of JR being rejected then a couple of pence up with further rises as significance of that asset sinking in. Interesting day next Thursday

ASX next open at midnight UK time on what will be last trading day before suspension lifted on Monday according to the RNS. So looks likely Noble will release news tonight (maybe 11pm an hour before their market opens).

If connected with Helium One then they will RNS at 7am tomorrow. Interesting!

Explanation for the fall could be that Noble has requested a suspension of shares pending an announcement.

If a JV with Helium One then could be fireworks!

Was watching Britain’s most expensive homes on channel 4 this eve and when adverts came on included an advert for Eroxon.

We are a serious player in the ED market now and with a low market cap the breakout numbers look very impressive.

Disagree there Roger. We are walking hand in hand with the FCA now and remember they said this can lead to Sandbox approval which now the law has caught up can happen very quickly.

Money nearly run out based on todays RNS, more jam tomorrow possibilities means this only going one way in my humble opinion and that is sinking til the board can longer take the cash each month for their salaries then over and out. Over at V*xmarkets they value Guident at £20 million, which is the total value of TEK at the 11.5p mark.

Get the Microsalt IPO away and the re rate will be strong and long in my view. Keeping accumulating at these low prices is like ironing out in a unit trust and then enjoy the significant growth as each company reaches their peak and special dividends kick in at vastly higher prices than now. Patience is all that is required.

It was all about how the PM is keen on promoting UK as the regulated crypto, coin base etc Centre with the FCA being charged with ensuring right regulatory framework. Mentioned just how many of the population have some form of crypto asset.

Noble confirmed contract by end of month with mobilisation ready and HE1 drilling in August. Wary folk just waiting for formal confirmation via RNS which sounds like it’s coming.
