The issue with Burford is it is not main listed - hence why it is still trying to move. It also has to try and value cases and win probability and with so much resting on Argentinian case that is why it was hard to argue and what is fair value.

I was an accountant, the response as lejjb explains is both PR and counter/disclose that accounting practices have been met and that the figures detailed are correct...which they are. NMC is on the main market so I am happy with the response.

No why not? I would say it is better than Burford. It has countered all the accounting arguments and disclosed. I liked this - NMC Health, being listed on premium segment of LSE, is cognizant of the UK governance framework and has been following the same and making adequate disclosures to the shareholders about all such events falling under UK governing law.

The moment an rns lands it will be NT NT NT and open up higher you could be locked out. That is why I buy in tranches.....

As there is going to be a detailed response. When that response lands it will shift, shorts will be squeezed. I saw it here the other day where I got in at 15 and out at 1750. I did the same with Burford where it jumped massively. Currently the shorts are winning but for how long, did a quick dirty trade this morning as I saw it had more to move.
