We can be sure of one thing ,Cathal will extrapolate maximum value to what ever route he decides to take .

I don’t think it’s a question of making them profitable ie Imutex and the sale of a license to Apple or Amazon to Utilise our Genomic database,they already have huge value ...
So does Cathal sell these assets before the sale or leave in the company to enhance any sale of Open Orphan ...?

Wallyj,you make an interesting point about ICON taking over ORPH ,I totally agree ,if you remember our very own Proff Brendan Buckley sold his company Firecrest to them and I believe was then ICON’s Chief Scientific Officer until 2017 before partnering Cathal Friel to create Open Orphan .When he joined them ,ICON’s MCP was circa £600 million it is now £11.6 Billion ,they have grown organically but also from strategic acquisitions. Personally I think it is nailed on .
