Member Info for Geordy

I have an a/c with Aviva, rang them this morning to enquire when the Aviva Plc divi would be paid into my Aviva A/c.

First question, How did you hear about this dividend ?

Second question, How do you know that you are entitled to this dividend ?

All this while the "adviser " was looking at my account.

Then, I will have to talk to colleague to see if you are entitled to any dividends !!!!

Twelve minutes later I got the response, " we have up to ten working days to pay out dividends"

What a bloody shambles, unfortunately this has been my experience with Aviva's approach to payout of dividends for years. I once waited two months for a divi from an investment trust.

Looks as though Sound is in a death spiral. Could be taken out for peanuts. JP and his merry gang could get the much deserved Bums Rush.

Should have gone to Ikon Science or RSI to get their analysis. Schlumberger also have this capability. I wonder if it was even considered, if not it smacks of "we know best", when obviously they don't !!
