1. The need is definitely there.
2. PHE has a large, financially strong partner who can ensure faster execution of individual projects.
3. HUI does a great job for PHE (Marketing).
4. Bulgaria wants to become the European contact point for waste disposal and has also signed a letter of intent for 12 DMGs.
