Pioneers of Britain's success in creating tidal currents today welcomed the government's 15-year commitment to support the technology along with its global performance-enhancing potential.
In a joint statement to investors, engineers Nova Innovation and Atlantis Energy welcomed the unveiling of a new, earmarked budget of £ 20 million per year by D-BEIS, which will run for 15 years for subsea turbines as part of the Government's Contracts for Difference (CfDs.)is available) regulations.
