Brand is great.

They should concentrate on supplying a quality product to their loyal customers.

All their problems stem from it's previous ownership by private equity. Another buyout is not going up help.

At the end of the day if it does not make a profit then it is worth diddly squat.

Not a buy yet.

Their new polymer business should be up and running

Can anyone tell me why someone would bother to buy 50 shares for £20.

If they buy for 2p and sell for 40p it is a useful profit.

Shares in issue seem to have risen from 40m to 121m recently but share price has risen.

How does this work?

Think that if they secure 90,% they can buy out the rest.

Now that the warrants have been exercised at 2p we need to follow any cashing out.

If all these bolt on acquisitions are so good,why are they being sold?
