What gives you the idea that Tinklers investment gives him a gain. It gives him nothing of the new company, his investment however large is as vulnerable as ours.

My guess is that all those that sold on Friday will live to regret their knee jerk reaction and wish they had held.

If this ridiculous 1p bid is based on the level of debt and the ability to carry on due to cash flow, then why has the BOD not suggested a rights issue. Ok it might devalue our stock but not to the level of 1p. As for all the doom mongers talking of crazy huge losses per day or per minute, reading the results the bottom line is they made a profit, making the afore mentioned losses a complete nonesense.

Because yours is a share of the assumed value of the whole. That assumption is now lower as the agreed selling price is lower.

Why is anyone interested in the 80m injection to a company that we share holders will not have a share in. I don't see it's of any interest to a current share holder whatsoever. The only part of the deal of the slightest interest to me is the 1p which in itself is wholly unacceptable. Unless it's transferred as 1p share in the new company, only then is the 80m of the interest.
