As someone who works in finance in the Currency broking, side for an inter dealer broker, I tell you that it is for sure a big order that is getting worked through the book and the client has specified to not buy over a certain price hence they are shaking the tree every couple days to gain a few million shares to give to the large order client.

Standard stuff, once the order is filled we will see this motor.
Unless the order is on behalf of a large pharma and it’s part of a hostile takeover bid based on accumulating shares cheaply before offering a lower price for the company oppose to a pharma who offers to buy out with no holding already. This could get messy if that’s the case and you could see takeover challenges blocked if the pharma acquires a large enough stake..of course that would have to be made public prior...either way it’s going up lol
