WEN in December 2023: independant technical reports?
WEN in December 2023: independant reserves estimation?
AND do I have enough shares till then?
IF NOT, maybe today is a good day to profit from weak hands' price action?
AND maybe today is the last fire sale before next RNS?
In the "Update on Guercif testing Morocco and Trinidad"-RNS
under the headline "Independent Technical Reports and Reserves Estimation" it says:
"An independent technical report for the Cory Moruga asset with indicative production profiles and near-term revenue projections is expected to be released before the end of 2023."
I don’t get it. How people say, how risky it is, to put money into PRD at this stage. And that it goes to 1p, if the outcomes of testing MOU1 and commencement of drilling MOU2 are negative. Implying, that it might be better to buy-in after positive news.
Sure, with buying into PRD at this stage you are not acquiring an investment with certain cash-flows. This is O&G exploration indeed. Because the outcome is binary (0 or 1), only put money at risk you can afford to lose with unfavourable news. That’s why it’s called optionality!
You want to have the cheap lottery tickets for a potential grand prize BEFORE the event. If you buy in AFTER positive news, you missed out on the optionality. Just be wise: don’t be too greedy and bet the farm on this.
What upside optionality are we talking about? According to Methodology, we would have a valuation of 2.67 GBP for 135 bcf of gas. With GRH tossing in the POTENTIAL over-all size of the gas field(s), we could be 5x larger than Chariot’s Anchois (637 bcf 2C resource / 754 bcf 2U resource / 4,500 bcf exploration upside). Mind-blowing, right?
And even if the overall grand prize is only 1/10th of this potential, it still makes a very good BET. Before news.
And, I didn’t even start to discuss probabilities GRH and Odeless on Reddit stated. So, let’s not be the weak hands! Or as Jesse Livermore would have said: “Buy right, sit tight!”
Thanks to all the experts on this board, I am standing on your shoulders!
I am not a regular contributor and am keeping it this way. Adios!
Hi all,
I have never posted before, and probably won't post in the future. I am very thankful for the quality of this board - on most days. Without two or three Twitteratis, and this BB, I would have never found out about PRD a few months ago.
And now with regards to my headline: I was connecting today's RNS with yesterday's RNS (19th Jul 2022). Doesn't it look like we are going to buy H2Green Power? So many things evolving and taking shape in the last couple of weeks!
Congrats to the ones, who caught some cherries in today's sell-off!
"Green Hydrogen
The Company is seeking to acquire an attractive green hydrogen opportunity to develop once the Moroccan drilling and testing programme for 2022 has been completed.
Cash resources are committed at present to the MOU-2 drilling programme but options to secure exclusivity over early stage projects in private companies will be considered if the Company believes that it can add value through its listed status to strengthen marketing of green hydrogen to potential end users."
