so why is it you can only sell at 6.25p now and directors only valued company at 6.6p a couple of weeks ago when sp was 9.25p and had to use those bucket shop merchants darwin! Something is only worth what you can sell it for at any given time!

They have used shareholders money and each placing has got lower, hardly from nothing! its PIs who have kept this going not directors, they are also taking about £300 ,000 a year in fees/salaries lol

MMs do not care about potential of companies, why would they! They buy and sell a item, do not care about worth,. Share price is direct result of management of Tern and placing!

wait here,was hoping for news pre Xmas still some time yet! Need contract news to get things moving but that is stating the obvious! I think placing share being dripped into market, another200k sell yesterday to match buys, shares just being churned at present.

200k sell on that RNS which is a complete was of time and money,telling everybody again what we all know, back to sleep!

of that if DA perform still think we will get a good return and Americans chucking in another 500,000 dollars gives me confidence, onwards and upwards but not today it seems!

annoyed me as well why chuck in a warrant, also look at RNSs between 7 Sep to placing,draw your own conclusions.

of 50k & 100k sells last couple of weeks that suggests to me that placees are selling, which will hold us back next couple of months, placing would be oversubscribed at 7p with warrants chucked in lol.Those placing shares were allotted per companies house records on the 7 Sep a full month before RNS, so plenty of time to forward sell, AS has some work to do in my eyes after diluting pi's by nearly 50% with warrants for additional 4% of DA.Still think this will come good but they need to get a move on with revenue quickly.

Agree mike, if bought higher not good, I am currently at a loss because of that placing but am willing to hold for another 6 months to see how it goes, it all looks very good but need to get a idea of how they monotising products, as per the latest partnership otherwise begging bowl will be back out.

All looks very good, just need to know how they are going make money from this! Or how much, hopefully next few weeks will shift any lingering placing stock.

dafad it appears that is what our 2mill got us! so on that basis DA worth 40mill and our share 25mill you are correct.

week gone by since that " placing" still disappointed but against my better judgement have increased my holding by 40% this week so my holding not diluted but BOD on borrowed time and have got to get there finger out! AS King deal maker has got to prove his salary and should have news by end of month on what form 2million give to DA, Ie,loan or increased equity, sidle on other site has posted cash not given to DA yet,so if true must be waiting for something to happen.

Morning HT,6 months for me,if nothing happens or we do not get more details of 2mill investment,I will be moving on! We have had 3 placings this year and each one lower which is very disappointing, Tern has pumped about 5 million dollars into DA last 6 months and it cannot keep going on,so in my eyes next 6 months crucial.

at the trade yesterday at 16.28 62k of shares at £7500 and that will buy you 90,000 shares 12 hours later!

worked in my opinion, 25/50k steels going through daily along with some big chunks as well yesterday but all in the wash!
