Once this one completed no need to raise cash until 31/07 for �500k investment into inVMA, so should have 4/5 months of share price progression, just given DA $2million dollars so they should be ok for now!

DA taking time to develop although a pain can bear with and should gain traction this year but how AS has funded this is unacceptable and to withhold who Culn provider is treating shareholder with contempt!

Gives me the impression it will carry on end of Feb on a rolling monthly basis not that it will close soon! US funding has been ill advised and a disaster hence the Culn being issued at 2.5p!

If revenues are now flowing why have Tern and other partners given DA 2miilion dollars just now and revenue projections for July 17 to Dec 17 not made but pushed back to jan18 to June 18 , DA 12 months off break even and 2019 will see growth excelerated, until then a rocky road!

Sweepie contact US Capital, get a better answer than Nomad! Give it time and Tern will inform market about funding which will be positive I think.

Their are 2 threads on other site one very pro Tern the other not but it was not set up that way just how it has turned out. Two Tern directors have upset TW from Share prophets in the past, a dispute over money I think, also a disgruntled x employee who post on 1 thread along with TW fans hence the tone of that BB. Other thread can be over the top in their view and some posters very rampy! I have held Tern for over 2 years and sold out at about 7.25p because got abit disillusioned on of how things were going but bought 190,000 shares Friday and will look to buy more but only buy on your research and ignore all the noise!

Look like a great company in the making but do you have confidence in the BOD of Tern to get the best deal for private investors and pass it on to them! so far in that respect of creating value for shareholders to date they have done a poor job in my opinion.
