i swear if he was behind this **** show and gets found out i will enjoy every day in court so i can prep a youtube vid, posts for every forum i can muster and some tiktok and facebook ads to send him to the overdue end of his career in financial journalism.

So is GRH referring to doing our own due diligence whatever he posts on his uber positive viewpoint or ......the buyer carrying out their DD in a procedural manner...ticking boxes .....and culminating with a board review and decision. ( my assumption ).

PG will have a far better sense than any of us of what Morocco could be worth and what strengthens PRD’s hand in negotiations.

He's a smart guy who doesn't seem to be phased by much.... shareholders opinions included....when he believes in his assets and his methodology to monetise them.

That extra 126 million shares looks to me like leverage rather than weakness. It gives the company more room to keep pushing on with Trinidad whilst a potentially large to very large Morocco deal is being worked through. It also helps show that PRD is not sat waiting to be rescued and can keep moving under its own steam.

With the licence deadline upcoming in November 2026 that matters. It will add pressure to talks but it also shows PRD has enough confidence in what it holds to keep advancing Trini business rather than being forced into a weak position.

Strange how the board was full of the same negative noise for so long and now suddenly it has gone quiet all at once.

If there really is an investigation going on then fair enough but LSE also needs to look at its own role in this. Posters and readers must have raised concerns more than once and nothing seemed to have been done.

If a platform is repeatedly told there is a problem and just lets it run then it cannot wash its hands of it later.....they let it continue even when the volume and content should have raised alarms.

I hope LSE gets dragged over the coals too.

I don't think that PG will sell the entire asset unless the ME situation pushes the value up to what PG would expect to ultimately attain. For me that would require buyer competition.

Otherwise and given PG language of well design etc ....which makes me think that MOU3 hasn't cleaned up...hence MOU 6 well design...blah...blah.....I think we are looking at a partial divestment of .....I don't know up to 50/60%.....provides divis to us lot and cash for new acquisitions.

We keep our shares...unless he goes share buy back route......I would like some cash but.....

If we get a decent divi I'll be happy as PG is obviously a great deal maker, knows about undervalued assets from his long experience and knows how to turn non profitable working / sleeping assets into profit and company makers.

I keep thinking our Trini assets are undervalued and think PG is going to snaffle other assets there quietly and wait till a regional or major puts a decent offer in to acquire completely geo political safe producing for the north American market .

If Pizza Boy is behind these trolls - I will enjoy a trip to the courts to watch the proceedings - IF he gets caught - but I suppose it would be difficult to suss out who is actually behind it but I have not seen an onslaught like this on a BB ever.....

Thank god MEM..,Please others.,..green box the people who seem to have obtuse reasons to post and don't respond...that's what they want ....helps get to their goal.....hoping some day someone can explain, factually, their motive. If it's anything to do with Pizza Boy.... surely a good suing should solve him....still gauls me the way his staff ridiculed my other half finding a fly under her pizza base.....long time ago.....

I think PG was pointing to a few possible routes open to us depending on how Morocco is monetised with or without a carry and none of us know the structure of any likely outcome(s) yet

MOU5 is the curious part for me because it must hold less value currently than it could if seismics and or another well or sidetrack proves what may be up the hill. Ideally do with a carry then monetise it once the value is clear rather than rushing a total exit and kicking ourselves later when the actual value of MOU5 is established?

I think operational divestment of Morocco with some retained carry interest is the most likely medium term ( end of year ) outcome with any dividends coming from upfront cash or possibly share buybacks would seem a possible PG approach rather than sell lock stock and barrel given…. the ones that know suspect huge upside in Guercif…then free to go off exploring new leases and buy more underperforming assets with accretive value as GRH says

I never understood politics and my old college mate Adrian Fernando....told me that....he was on the money then and I still don't now..

Each time you read it - post the URL for that post in a post so peeps dont have to trawl through the trollitsh to find it....just a thought.....Is TW behind this push and what is the logic? If he is I hope some investigative work is done on him to ban him from investment advice......I cant understand how he has survived so long.
