Taken on a comp of EV/Revenue, that's what I come up with (7X for that metric).

I don't give a rat's ass what STT says. I'd check in from time to time over the past few years and I thought to myself he was correct about a lot of things when we were blinkx, or RythmOne, or whatever that POS company was called. But we're no longer that company.

He needs to realize that. My bet is he does within the next year, give or take.

Hey Safi, I neglected to mention I was referring to your value of TRMR at twice its current level to equate to RUBI.

Way too low in my opinion, and I own a boatload more RUBI than I own TRMR.

My opinion, of course, is worth exactly what you paid.

Also, RUBI went on the NASDAQ from the NYSE earlier this month (9 June).

I own what is for me a boatload of RUBI.

A 50:50 merger would be totally unfair to TRMR. TRMR is worth an eff of a lot more than that if you put them side by side, which is why I am back in for more TRMR. I am still scratching my head about why this company has such a low valuation.

The fact that the stock is not very liquid to US investors, trades on the AIM, and nobody knows about it might be a few reasons. I don't expect that to last long.

You guys are too kind. The dude is a totally clueless moron. He obviously didn't listen to the calls, he's not a clue about the sector we're in or where we're going, he can't read financial statements, and he doesn't know what the words "due diligence" mean.

Anyone who would write the post he wrote, make the claims he made, then back up his assertions as having done "decent due diligence", then later admit that by "decent due diligence" he read a bunch of posts from complete strangers on an anonymous BB that 'he believed', is too stupid to lend any credence.

I was going to get out of what was left of my long held blinkx position in what is now a new company, but decided to check it out first so I could make an informed decision. (I had a smattering of blinkx left from many years ago, I lost interest and was not paying attention.)

I spent hours; two times going over the financials, conference calls and presentations from the past year or so.

After going over all this, twice, I upped my position by 4.5X. As I said, I had every intention of selling out, until I became informed.

I, too, am curious to see why cirra made the claims he / she / it made, because I ain't buyin' what cirra's selling.

BTW: bald_eagle.....yeah, I get it. I should have said "these guys are doing what they've said they'll do", because so far they are.

Not that it matters, but I've a bunch of bald eagles as neighbors. I live on the water in the mid-Willamette Valley (on the Willamette River), in Oregon, and the bald eagles cruise up and down the riverbank, directly in front of my house. They're beautiful birds, even though they're total bullies. They can't fish as well as the osprey, so they go after the osprey after the osprey catch some fish, and steal the osprey's catch. You supplied an answer by giving the well deserved 'jam tomorrow' comment, the same comment that has often been mentioned here since it was blinkx.

It appears to me these guys have been making jam...but not with the fairly recent POS acquisition formerly known as RhythmOne. As of now I am very happy they took that train wreck off my hands and put me where i now find myself. Fingers crossed I feel this way in a year or two.

I know of whom you speak. I don't give a rip what others post. I do my own thing. He's on a mission that was a lot more relevant prior to us getting taken over by what is now TRMR. This is a different animal with different management.

I am still in touch with my old pal Andre212...he bailed on the last of his stock recently. I suggested he take another look at the new company. I'd love to have him back to share either the misery or success. (Misery loves company, and it's more fun to party with your pals.)

I've been away quite a while, having sold most of my position once I realized what a total POS blinkx was, but things have changed. A few weeks back I happened to catch up on what's going on with the new company. I was more than a little surprised.

I now believe this is most certainly not the old blinkx / RhythmOne piece of garbage I disdained. I think these guys may be for real, so I've been acquiring more of this company ever since my awakening.

My main head scratcher is this: why is this company so cheap? If they do what they say we're going to do, and it looks to me as though we may, I believe this is way undervalued at these prices.

It seems to me every time I look at this POS it's lower, and it's not my imagination. Rubicon Project had the right idea, and it is paying off for them. Who can afford to follow them to compete is the big question. There are going to be a lot of smaller players with weaker balance sheets getting washed out. I need to catch up on my research on this POS; I keep putting off taking action on what I've left here until after I've caught up, and that's been costing me.

Seems to me RG is no master at timing. Of course none of us are.

I haven't checked in to this board for ages. Couldn't help but notice today's price action on no news in my Interactive Brokers account. Could be due to TAC up 25% for GOOG over the last quarter? They've making it up on volume in a huge way, and they're sucking a lot of oxygen out of the room. I haven't a clue, but, stating the obvious, I need to do some catching up with this one. I see we have a couple old timers posting. Hey BDC, et al. I am still in, but after the reverse it's 10,050 shares. Andy, are you still around?
