Has anyone asked what his severence package was ? i.e. Did he get a golden handshake before leaving? I've a suspicion that a massive obstacle to a take-over has now been removed. After all he was co-founder so would not have wanted AVN sold.
Head in the Sand....Agree 100% with your analysis of SSW, but don't forget too that BT use AVANTI services for the fringes of the network - and there remain many. The government also subsidises the Satellite connexion where decent broadband is unavailable. As EU pressure grows on operators to deliver 100% Broadband availability I expect more Incumbent Telco's to turn to Satellite.
Can someone confirm what this info off the LSE site is telling me? If I read this correctly are we saying that Dawson Buck pocketed ten million shares by another placing !!?? If so, did he pocket any more this time too?? Directors Deals: 15-Sep-16 Placing Trade Notifier Information for Provexis Dawson Buck 0.24 GBX 10,416,667 25416667
I do agree Zwartkops. Our success to date has been purely based on the quality of our products ! And what quality it is ! As I've already stated I do expect this SP to many multiples of our current level when the deals come through. I'm sure our BoD are busy CHOOSING our suitors not looking for them. But you are right, imagine how much higher our SP would be if only a little effort were put into PR. Truth is though I believe we have little chance of staying independent for long with our fantastic ED solutions. I forecast a takeover any time soon.
The problem Whats is that it's difficult to keep batting off the crap MTB generates and to go to the trouble to identify it's many emerging identities. It's pretty easy to spot the similarity in writing style when it generates a new ID but who wants the hassle? After all this is supposed to be a bulletin board not a vehicle for employed de-rampers to ply their ugly trade.
To be honest I don't believe we need this link proven. MED2002 is going to be huge with or without the ED/Diabetes link. When the latest trials are concluded I expect a take-over bid within days and a multi-bagger share price. I REALLY don't understand why the market has not spotted this little gem already. Perhaps waiting the trial outcomes? But then that's a virtually certain outcome anyway. Still with luck we'll drop a little more and I can invest a bit more of my hard-earned.
What better world stage to showcase our products. This is really worth a read..... http://www.scienceinsport.com/uk/our-expertise/fuelled-chris-froome-yellow?utm_source=Science%20in%20Sport&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=8502952_Global%20-%2029%20-%20Sunday%20-%20End%20of%20TDF%20WIN&dm_i=2578,528X4,P3I827,JD1T4,1 Massive upside from here I would suggest!
Potential here is massive, no matter what diatribe the glass half empty folk post. We've already turned down a 140 bid, and have secured finance terms at lower rates, and have two satellites rolling to the launch pads. Hardly signs of a company in trouble! Broadband demand is not going away any time soon and in fact within Africa is due to hit the steep bit of an exponential curve around now. No cables, no-matter fibre(!) in rural areas. That leaves AVN and it's now ramped up sales effort. Sure there's debt but hasn't everyone? Not bad for tax purposes anyway. The future is bright around the corner.
Spot on Laguerre. I'd like to post the technical and commercial case to back up your points but I simply don't have the time. Hence MTB and it's horde of Troll ID's get the upper hand by posting nothing but de-ramping trash.
Absolutely no idea !
