Morning Toffeeman123: The 1m exact you refer to below is a buy - I know that for certain as it's mine (as was the 100,000 purchased 1 minute later.) I agree the 1.028m looks like a sell though (purely based on the transaction price.)

Apologies SocialistB - I take your point about the merits of going down the VC route in terms of retaining a bigger slice of our own pie and should have referenced that in my reply - so I'll modify it below which hopefully makes my take on our fate clearer.....

I don't think we are going down the VC route (I think Big Pharma are lined up in the background and outsourcing to Made Scientific for production scale up is a condition associated with their on-going involvement / interest) and..............I can't see a scenario where Big Pharma would enter into a deal for HG-CT-1 without CDX as part of that deal.

Hope that makes more sense. Regardless it's a guess (and not necessarily a good one at that - we'll see soon enough I suspect!)

My own take (a guess obviously) has always been that these two are sold together for a material sum - with some royalties arrangement for a continuous revenue stream - and shareholders get a very generous Special Dividend as well as retaining the same no. of shares in a spun out CBR co. (Bait Bio?)

I don't doubt that HG-CT-1 and CDX are worth hundreds of millions (conservatively) however I've always believed that CBR is borderline limitless in it's capability and therefore is the jewel in the crown.

Hopefully not to long to wait for it all to unravel.

Not posted for a while - been reading the board regularly though and making good use of the filter facility.

Added a fair few to my holding when we were in the mid to high £1 range - and obviously very glad I did (even if it did involve rereading multiple RNS and revisiting posts from Haywain etc when I started to question my own sanity in doing so!)

Not sold any yet and, although it feels odd making this statement given where the SP was a few weeks back, I have no intention of doing so at these low levels - ie I hope / expect the SP to be considerably higher once the imminent pipeline of news we are expecting is released.

Good luck to all genuine holders - especially those long term who had there patience tested over the years.

Excellent summary Haywain - best post to date in 2025 by some distance (although there has been scant quality competition of late.)

It's been said by many before me however I truly believe we are on the cusp of success (a matter of weeks) and HEMO (and therefore it's MCAP / SP) will get the recognition it richly deserves after years of innovation while operating on a shoestring budget.

We are all in the same boat. At this stage (on HL at least) the new no. of shares (1/400th of the no. of shares you held yesterday) is showing however the new SP (which should have been £4.30 at 8.00am) has not been updated.

I'm sure it's in hand and will be updated very soon (otherwise there will be a record no. of bods on suicide watch later today!)

I'm with HL and have voted (YES obviously - I'm a bit daft at times but not a complete moron.). When you login to HL, just below "Secure messages" you will see "Shareholder meetings" with a link below it to "view shareholder meetings" - click on that and you will see the Hemo meeting with an option to "Give instruction" (ie vote.)

.....NO it has not - which is the one thing we all (those still fully in, those still in but with a reduced holding and even those who sold out on the contentious RNS landing) can surely agree on - and is the reason why I still hold the same no. of shares today as I did on Friday morning.

Am I unhappy with the SP? - too bloody true, but it is what it is for now. Hemo Car-T however is no more or less likely to work as a result of a share consolidation and post first patient injection we'll find out it's efficacy near term (as per the detailed stages / timelines Haywain provided in a recent post.)

Proving it to be effective is obviously key in terms of the company progressing the Car-T product (and for me that means a major pharma JV) and that remains fact whether you hold 400k shares pre-consolidation or 1k shares post consolidation.

I'd be delighted if you are correct however I expect the references to Nov are re "complete" weeks - ie w/c 4 Nov will be the first week with the third week ending on Fri 22 Nov.

That's not to say funding news can't be communicated at any point between now and then of course - IF it's not directly connected to / conditional upon the first patient injection.

Either way, not long to wait now for the CAR-T piece to unfold - and the CBR presentation follows shortly thereafter so hopefully more positive news to come from that.

A note of caution for Pensioninvestor and davie_b: It's one thing speculating about the SP @ end Nov (it will be what it will be and hopefully north of 6p) however please don't be so flippant with your health.

While there are no reliable figures to support how many people have threatened to eat their (or someone else's) hat, as at 30 Sep (the latest figures available) over 3000 people across the globe have died to date in 2024 choking on various types of headgear.

Exactly - I think (hope) the pending permit issue will be the trigger for a material rerate in the SP. Being the first Diamond Mine in Europe (excl Russia of course) is a pretty big deal and should attract significant media coverage - ie default (and free) marketing.

Suspect a number of folks are sitting on the sidelines awaiting official confirmation of the permit issue - which is fair enough - however I view this as a formality and took the opportunity to add a further 190k shares (70 + 120) to my modest holding this morning.

Thanks InfinityX : Fully intend to sit on these for as long as necessary. £1 a share would be absolutely fantastic however my own feeling (obviously a complete guess) is that we'll be bought out at some point by Rio Tinto for a lesser value (but still multiples of the current SP) and end up with a one-time / special dividend and some Rio shares. I'd be well chuffed with that!

Been monitoring this for a while and now dipped my toe in with a nominal purchase - the 150k share buy earlier is mine. Didn't think I'd get the opportunity however the 2 x Finish landowners appealing the cash comp have helped me out in that respect .

I'll happily add some more - especially if the price remains this low - if other investments come to fruition pre 12 Aug.

Meantime, I'd like to say a big thanks to the sensible contributors (Stevehoops & Yogi1 in particular) for their informative posts.

It's a given that we'd all have preferred to see an RNS informing us that CAR-T trials will start on a specified date and that a JV and / or non-dilutive funding has been agreed - however I'm as comfortable as I can be that these details will follow in due course and was also pleased to see the update covered the progress on the various product candidates.

Good to see they have secured an additional clinical site and especially good to hear they hope to expand the CAR-T product recipient range beyond the existing "adults only" offering.

Content to wait it out (science ain't quick nor is fundraising) however I'm hopeful we are nearing the finish line on something material from an SP perspective (and in any case, I'm still of the opinion that CBR is the company maker.)

Might be wishful thinking however I don't think May will pass without at least one RNS with significant news.

Most, understandably, will expect the first news to be in connection with the forthcoming CAR-T initial patient recruitment / treatment however Vlad has indicated in his recent(ish) interviews that talks are ongoing with various parties re CBR - so I wouldn't rule out news of investment in what will imho be the product candidate which will transform the company (and therefore the SP.)

I wait - in hope rather than expectation like us all at the moment.
