I think it is unlikely that a date will be announce before the 6th but who knows! Agreed on buying below 24p and we seem to have a fair bit of buying at this level over the past few days which suggests 23p is support and should only drift up the closer we get to the court date and decision and completion.

There has been no date announced but the date is likely to be announced in January imo.

H1 suggest not Q1 so more like 3 months at the earliest imo.

Should further help stabilise the company financially and help towards keeping our financial obligations in the sale agreement and further de-risk the share price. Some decent buying today signalling confidence for those who have a little patience in waiting for there return on 30% return from todays prices.

Only a problem if you need the money, all should be aware of the risks around the timescales to completion and the expect the market to rob holders of there shares until near completions date but on the flip side that scenario presents cheaper shares for new buyers or folks averaging down how can wait for there 30p?
