Stupid question - is this legal or is it just impossible to catch the culprits?
Am I right in stating that an orchestrated sell off (EUA) is done to try and cause a sell off from the nervous pi's etc whilst at the same time, an orchestrated buy (GGP) is to try and encourage a FOMO scenario to raise the SP and if it does, sell GGP higher than the purchase price and then buy back EUA at a lower ask price to what they sold them for?

Your posts yesterday regarding the trading pattern of EUA v GGP is very interesting.
EUA down 3.71%
GGP up 3.68%

In layman's terms, what do think caused this and why in you opinion?
Or was it just a coincidence? I personally doubt that.

Disappointingly, the VTP ESAPI plates have encountered a failure in First Article Testing which will significantly delay the likely approval timetable for this product.

Separately, we have experienced further delays in obtaining final product approvals for the DLA ESAPI body armor plates, with approvals for this product now expected in the second quarter of our financial year ending 30 September 2022 ("FY22")."
