I have a software company. We have 4 different products in production that will take our industry and my business to a different (higher) level. We have been planning and developing the software for 3 years and it’s about to launch. What does my company have? Nada? Maybe in your dark, ignorant mind yes… but it has 3 and a half years of hard work, none of which can be demonstrated. We have to go with the concept. VLRM have similar. Will my company win? Absolutely. Will VLRM win? Hopefully. But don’t hide behind your keyboard asking pointless questions designed to trip people up.

VLRM may have two employees but currently there will also be consultants, advisors, contractors being used as and when needed. What would you do, employ 75 people? When the exchange purchase is complete there will be many more employees of course.

I asked you the question regarding Russia and Ukraine to contextualise the statement GSX purchase done ?
Russia have indeed invaded Ukraine as you said. But no, not completely. So, has GSX purchase been done? Yes, but not completely. It’s been approved, it’s more than half complete with a full intention to complete. The only difference between Russia and VLRM in this case is that BLRM will meet no resistance to complete. So thank you for clarifying that for us!

Clearly I said there was no need to mention VLRM in your answer.. there is no need as I clearly asked what you would look fur in a business at Aquis level when investing.
