It’s sad it’s come to this isn’t it ? I hate this government so much that I am determined to ensure they get as little of my wealth as possible. We earned it. Why should we bail out those didn’t save and pay off a mortgage ? Starmer actually went to my school though I don’t remember him as he was a couple of years older. You’re both right. I’ve bought 2nd hand cars all my life (only had 5 in 40 years of driving). Just run them into the ground. Most of the cabin crew at my airline had better cars 😂 I might as well enjoy it myself instead of giving it to Labour to waste 🙄

I’m with AJBell. I never got receipt of the £268k. I made my request just before the budget and used this 30 day cooling off period so I’m hoping I’m not involved in this latest dragnet because I never received the money. These wan*ers will get their hands on it one way or the other unless I move abroad which I’m looking at or spend it. I had planned on living off the share dividends and bond interest and leaving the capital to my 2 children. Labour will take over £600k off me if I die and this spiteful IHT tax raid is not reversed in the future. They left their own pensions untouched surprise surprise 🙄

All Rachel Thieves had to do pre-budget was say she wasn’t going to remove this tax free sum but she said nothing and has caused chaos. One fu*k up after another with these clowns.
