Politics - By October I guess - then gearing up for a full year's campaigning running up to re-election 2020...oh look how we re-negotiated better deals from the O&G operators in our country....I have little doubt licences will be renewed/awarded ultimately ...just got to hang in there - get more while they're cheap...I'll take another half million or so if it drops to 0.6

There's also the political angle to consider: Election year next year...they will be gearing up later this year...the ruling party and their ministers will want to show how tough and diligent they were in reviewing contracts which (rightly so) would benefit the people...a waiting game atm...9as it always seems to be with this) but the waiting, like everything, will come to an end

Not panicking yet...at least not until end of July if nothing doing...

If licences pop up before then well and good...SP should improve...

If they get T/O by then...T/O rules apply and 12 mth high was 3.48....
