alas, the children continue to bicker...such a waste of effort and time...as if time has not been wasted enough...and so we wait again for the Tanzanian officials to move their derrieres and OK the license so we can move forward and allow the chat boarders to submit more intelligent conversation and debate on our investment and future.

I don't think RJ wants aex to fail...just to drop in price so that he can snap up more and lower his average. That's the only motive I can think of.
