HH - yes indeed - once bitten twice shy always.
Jez did (he said) or she!.... that he bought in here at a very low price 0.001 or something like that and sold out at 4p. If true then he must be kicking himself with todays share price! I came in at 2.5 and hopeful of a good finish its an excellent company lots of policehumps in the road and they can wreck your car! I will not wait forever but know how long deals take to put together. Just have to keep reading the signs and follow your gut.

Ducky - I will say one last thing on this sublect, Jez was NOT wrong. He always sounded the warning on Sound Energy and JP - even when everyone was saying the share would go to £5 or even £35. Plus the likes of Crudehope (Kirk) banging on about his own personal charm and how JP was his friend and the company was a good investment - where does he hide these days? Its always good to look at the other viewpoint even if it looks the oposite way. Not all those who shout its a bad investment are wrong. As they always tell you make up your own mind and do your own research, look both ways and the louder they shout the more suspicious you need to be.

Apart from a few shares I still hold that are stuck in small accounts of SOU that would cost more to sell then their value, I sold out a six figure share holding of SOU over a year ago, I should have sold earlier but hope followed hope , then I realised that Parsons was, as I had originally thought, a very good accountant, BUT for himself and not shareholders .
I only once attended one of his wind up events and that was the Thames River ride! To see the colour of his eyes (I met Daveyboy there too) There I shook the hand of Parsons which told me all I wanted to know and later decided to get out and away from the car salesman.
I'm not going to turn into a tipster but I moved my funds into EUA a totally different management team with tremendous assets much needed in the production of batteries etc and no debt. The share rose from my entry at 2.6p to the c29p it is today, so redeeming much of my loss at SOU. EUA is in the process of selling the company or part of at any time now - I pass it on to you as a fellow very wounded SOU shareholder trying to recoup losses that were extracted by a crock and a sharpster. Don't take my advice of course but do yourselves a favour, do your own research always.
Hope this is helpful to all ex Sounders hit by Parsons and his team.

WELLLLL let me think!!!!???
A chance to invest in a company controled by James Parsons???
Tricky investment decision to make, do I wish to put money into the hands of James Parsons?
NO NOT NOW - NOT EVER IN ANY COMPANY HE HAS ANY INVOLVEMENT WITH.
Rinse and repeat that one!
Gasbag
A wise comment - nothing is certain but we do have incredible resources with well researched and proven assents backed by very well-respected companies who know about these things, we are not like SOU (Sound Energy) who were trading on the greed and naivety of the ceo Parsnips who was out searching for gas, we have found our products its out there in the ground.
But its wise never to over commit as when things do change its often swift as we saw a couple days ago – always conserve some shot, never stuff it all into one canon!
Gasbag
I came to this from SOU too - still have the wounds from six year on it.
Also followed Jez who was preaching this share but said he sold out at 0.04 did my research and came aboard at 0.3 the difference with this share is it has already found the goods - Sound was and is still looking for it but sadly Parsnips went off with all the dosh!
Gasbag
And me a silent but attentive investor (six figures since 2.6p) -a refugee from Sound Energy (still licking his considerable wounds)
Now living near Welshpool, Powys, mid Wales, ex Devon, Dorset, Malawi, Yorkshire, Seychelles and Tanzania, no welsh blood but beautiful countryside. In here until the end.
Gasbag
Quite agree if you see the name Parsons conected to any company move your dosh to the nearest low interest savings account and if you only receive 0.0000001 % interest its better then backing that slimball and his old team from Sound.
I hung on for six years or more then moved out to EUA where I have redeemed the 40K lost on Sound which turned out to be anything but Sound. Don't be sucked in - there are other far better managed companies if you look.
Remember you heard it here - he will only make Dosh for himself not shareholders and leave them with debt - thats the price you pay.
Gasbag
Your not alone Bobee, I too should have known better as I fell for all the tosh given out by Parsons and his gang of cheats. Having been in business, like you, I should have known better and kick myself, but made the mistake of trusting others.
I went in when it was Sound Oil in 2012 but was in France when it went to £1 so not really concentrating and anyway it was going to go to £5 wasn’t it!!! I was always very unhappy about all the meetings/parties going on around the country which JP orchestrated, the general over excitement that was generated at these events too, not that I attennded any!
Then they were to hold one in London on board a river cruise along the Thames so we thought it’s time we saw the colour of this guys eyes as he held £40K of ours in Sound by that time.
I was not impressed or was ‘Mrs Gasbag’ who also attended. It was badly organised and so very opaque made my toes curl! Then he tried to push Coro at us with his new sidekick ---Well !!!!!.....!!!!! that was the end. I shook his hand as we left as I believe you can tell a lot by a handshake and his spoke volumes – it was like shaking hands with a wet fish, (I washed my hands well after). I came away feeling, well just perhaps he was a good accountant, and I wasn’t wrong. He was, mistakenly I thought it was for the good of ‘Sound’, but as we now know it was for the benefit of himself and himself only.
If I hear he is connected to any other company I would never ever get involved at any cost, he should not be allowed to take up a directorship ever and taken to the Tower and delt with in the most inhumane way possible the grief he has caused to so many.
I moved out 95% of my shares to EUA and have redeemed most of the losses and hopeful that EUA will shortly be sold when I should make up the balance. Sound were looking for the product they hoped to sell, EUA already have their product that’s the difference in the two companies - plus the fact that EUA have a team that know what they are doing, their pedigree shows it.
This of course is not me giving anyone share advice but stating the facts – so don’t feel too bad about your decision you were not alone.
Regards,
Gasbag and Mrs Gasbag
Hi Investor12, We should form a club the ex sounders ! This was undoubtedly a good move with Sound having sunk beneath the waves and half my loss (on paper) redeemed here.
Go find Jez, "Dead or Alive !" £....... reward!
Best of luck here it's looking good but all from Sound are going to be nervous.
Gasbag
I was one of the many mugged by the slippery James Parsons from Sound Energy which I held for six years and then bailed out into EUA to try and make up considerable losses after his complete failure as CEO, continuous ramping and mis guided conduct. I'm surprised there are not more ex-Sound share holders here, perhaps there are all licking their wounds!
First heard about this share from a character on Sound by the name of "Jez" anyone's guess what his name on here is today. He held for around six years and sold out, (he said) at 4p with a good profit. He was a pretty costic guy but spoke a lot of sense I liked him and owe him a large drink! l did my research and liked what I saw and came in around 2.4p and hold a six figure amount of shares - holding and not trading, ever hopeful after being a Sound refugee.
Gasbag
trellis35 Don't worry with your help and the work of others behind the scenes "He" will get whats coming to him.
He will find that the light at the end of the tunnel is the train coming towards him - hold on Pincchio.
Gasbag
Yes, all good with us Daveyboy - managing to make up some of the losses from being so generous to JP through Sound - what a Goon he is – I’m sure his wife and family are so proud of him! - one day it will all come back to haunt him.
At least in all my business dealings I have always been able to sleep at night and have improved those businesses that I took on. JP is such an incredibly sad figure of a man.
I had thought Daveyboy at one time that you were taking over from Crude as I saw you on here so much – but perhaps you had the most to contribute, but always well thought out and honest – keep up the good work.
That beer I poured for you is going a bit flat and warm, a long wait now for the famous LE don’t you think?
Greetings from Mrs Gasbag too who remembers our meeting on the SS Titanic so well, sadly all the popcorn came to nothing.
