Just breached 610p...
That's probably because if you google easyjet, they have tangible operations to read and learn about. This company just had a lot of management talk and 'jam tomorrow'. I gambled and lost a lot of money with this business. I hope they can turn it around for the sake of the PI's who post on here. But lets face it 2021 so far has been a reputational disaster for this firm.
Hello, I have just under 40k shares in my SIPP at an ave of 135p. I must say compared to most other stocks in my portfolio this is not a volatile stock. I've only been back in here for a few weeks (after previously bailing out around 220p), but in such a volatile market this share isn't really moving much so far. It would be nice to see a positive move soon, however giants like this don't appear to shoot upwards very fast on the FTSE (can easily go downwards in a flash though in my experience!) GLA
I got in at 326p and I’ve been selling on the way up, so now I am left with just my original investment.
If we see a surge through £6 then I’ll be tempted to sell some more simply because I’m getting too overweight in the one stock compared to how I like my portfolio balanced.
I spoke to iWeb today and they said it will be paid Friday.
Still no sign of my dividend on iWeb. But seeing Evraz over £6 is enough to stop me complaining about that!
Cheers for the feedback - I've not had mine yet in my GIA or SIPP, but I'm sure it'll be here very soon!
Well I didn't get mine, but hopefully tomorrow.

After a decent day on a NASDAQ let’s hope we can carry positive momentum into the BH weekend.
Isn't Tesla only 4% of the overall fund value?
I have very recently invested in this fund and I am trying to learn what drives its growth and drops, but also the NAV as well. As a previous posted pointed out SMT was on a significant 'sale' yesterday, hence I made a large investment. But if it was that easy to identify an opportunity surely everyone would be doing the same?
I feel like a wally for losing so much money with ENW. I was expecting a dividend at the least, instead there is nothing.
Also why does LSE not publish this firms RNS?
If we can get to 140p in April then I'll be exiting the majority of my holding. That is always the level we seem to get to, only to slide down from again. I would be delighted with 140p right now and the chance to re-distribute to other opportunities.
I'm probably missing something here but what do you mean about showing a video hovering over a sell button for £400k?
Now I have read the RNS in more detail, it appears that there is a majority of shareholders already in favour of the TO.
Over to the other giant US gaming groups to see if any rival offers are made...
"Based on Bally's closing published sales price of US$66.34 as reported by the New York Stock Exchange and the exchange rate of US$1.375:£1 as at 4 p.m. Eastern Time on the Latest Practicable Date, the terms of the Share Alternative value each Gamesys Share at 1,655 pence each."
NO THANK YOU. This is a very low ball offer. In fact I'm not sure there is a realistic offer that Bally's can make that would get me to support a takeover. I can't see this one happening unless a much bigger offer is made.
My thoughts exactly. This offer is simply not good enough. It will also be a crying shame to lose an successful UK business to the US market.
Cheers mate, you're always good with your facts to cheer fellow holders up!
Not liking the trajectory we are on one bit!
Fully agreed that it's "priced in". Same with us receiving 100% from BKR next year.
To see material growth (not just a 10-20p swing here or there) we need an acquisition (or to be acquired), simple as that.
