Totally agree JT. So many questions that are left unanswered. Now that the Open Offer is nearly done they need to get a webcast in the diary so long suffering shareholders can ask all of these questions and get definitive answers. Giving us part of the picture doesn't work anymore.

Sadly the ONLY way to make money from this one is to be a mate of AP or a CHAR employee with free shares 🤔

It seems that the Israeli/Navitas connection is working out just fine for ECO. Gil very pleased with how the relationship is going. I'm starting to think about swapping the rest of my Rockhopper shares into ECO...

Just so many questions for me regarding CHAR at the moment:

1. Why does the company not organise a webcast BEFORE the open offer closes so we can get a chance to hear more about the details? As usual, we only have part of the story and yet we are expected to fund part of the placing. WTF?

2. If we are now considering selling the renewables business (which we only heard via Malcy!) why can't we wait for this to take place and then use the proceeds to make an O&G play? Instead we are suffering massive share dilution (yet again). Why? What happened to the idea of splitting the 2 businesses?

3. Who are these new shareholders that have taken the bulk of the placing at 1.4p? Assuming they are institutions can we expect to see TR1s in the near future? Are they allowed to sell whenever they like?

4. As far as I know this is the 5th placing in as many years - when does it end?

5. The MOU with ACWA has not achieved anything so far. What can we expect going forward?
