Tigger...that was me.
Totally agree with Stats...I work in construction and we have LOI which are effectively please get on with the some works to an agreed amount as we intend to contract with you. It allows the parties to get going whilst the contract is prepared so as not to cause delay. Maybe be different here but is usually a good sign and I have never had a LOI issued for the contract not to be fulfilled.
We have
Probably either that or sacking! Presumably asked due to the MNRG debacle. He just seems to go round claiming salaries and big ones at that!
It must be close now to some news being released. We were due news in Nov and Dec so they must be typing it up as we speak. Fingers crossed.
Loads of RNA's or just one big one?
In my experience when companies delay the results/accounts it's never because of good news. If it was a 3rd party problem like the company accountants delivery partner issue it would be notified as such. When there is no reasoning and months late there is usually a major underlying problem. I had experience where the company are scrambling limit damage. Hope I'm wrong!
My adverts are for Cadburys Cream Eggs and Hot Cross Buns! That's about my level tbh!
Well no news on the defence filing. I'm sure that if there was a another delay requested it would have been RNS'd and presumably if they had failed to submit it would have been notified as well. Guess is that it has been submitted as expected.....would be nice that it was all sorted.
If you look at his shares, he's invested between £75 to £95k in the company; wonder how much his salary is? If its £100k a year, been there 3 years, still not much of an investment but he also has his hands in another 4 companies. So is this just a salary generator for him?
£0.99 & £1.27 worth of buys was it really worth? Are people selling into news on the horizon? Are we due another update?
Or is this just the twitchy market due to this Covid variant from South Africa?
