That's less than 4% if they raise the full £6.5m (which appears to be the intention). Notwithstanding it's our company and our money, we now have 2 tiers of shareholders, and that absolutely stinks in my opinion

It's not just about the money, its about fairness (without favouritism or discrimination). For some bizarre reason a large proportion of holders are being excluded from this offer. Every now and then the management of this company do really stupid things, this being one of them, and also, in my opinion, the recent trashing of the SP

It's a complete mess in my opinion. Loyal LTH's excluded from the offer because they're with the 'wrong' broker. I do hope they keep it to just the £1m and don't issue even more shares just because it's over- subscribed. That would be an even bigger kick in the teeth, being diluted even more than is necessary

They're not on the list of participating brokers. I think I read it was something to do with it being a book build, rather than a traditional open offer

6 wells = 0.08p EPS (before tax, overhheads etc)

Using a P/E ratio of 50, every 6 new producing wells adds 4p to the SP

The 'initial' drill programme is for 119 wells (80p)

Houston MGO $760

Minus 10% = $684

US Bitumen $400

Difference = $284

Our 50% share = $142 per tonne, or approx $20 per barrel

Yesterday's RNS was all about the technology licence and MMU supply & maintenance fees. When do we expect to hear about royalty figures for MSAR production/sales? Perhaps the muted response yesterday, was because the wider market aren't aware that we'll be earning additional revenues once MSAR production starts. If $50 per tonne is being used by analysts, that equates to around $7 per barrel. Do we think that is the value we should be expecting given that our process turns $43 per barrel bitumen into $90+ shipping fuel? Personally I'd be happy with that, especially if we're giving some kind of 'first mover' discount to Valkor

Holy moly, massive boost for us. OK they're being a bit prudent with their cash, but they can now start to produce MSAR for sale to their customers. Not a batch for a trial, full blown commercial production. It's finally happening folks and the SP will surely follow their upward trajectory

Many will be sitting on 100%+ profits, not to be sneezed. Some 'rules based' traders will happily take 20% and move on
