Cinema/Retail/Leisure reopening and functioning well is a VERY different thing to widespread foreign travel.
Any FOOL can see that.
It's documented several times almost every day for a year now.

LTHcine, would be delighted if that were the case.
Still see that as far too optimistic.
If I am right the company has had a high of c.£3.20 in last 5 years.
With an extra c.$1bn debt to finance and work on reducing I see little case to suggest we can surpass previous highs in such a short timeframe.

The LTIP if set up to do it's job properly is targeting a SP in the area £1:60 - £2:50 in 3 YEARS I would say.
I am coming to that assumption on basis the remuneration panel have not just set it up as gift aid to Mooky and family.
100% target is £1:90 (this should be deemed achievable, but strong performance required)
There is a double absolute limit at £3:80 and anything above £1:90 to that or above should be viewed as strongly outperforming company expectations.
All IMHO off course.

"IF" we see a dramatic boom in Cinema attendance from second half 2021 on in next few years surpassing all previous records then such high SP may well be achieved in couple years.
I think that can't be predicted with confidence at this stage by anyone.
Let's survive any shake out from current FY results and get open and seeing attendance limits ease (quickly but safely) first.

Hmmm actually FY results 2022 IS two years from now, so with excellent results and forward statement (possibly deal done with other chain to further expand) by that point. A re-proven highly money generative business attracting serious bidders. We may indeed see such SP.
Two years can be a long time.

LTHcine, I think the business can get back to over £3 SP and indeed reach the £3:80 limit on the LTIP.
However I would be rather surprised to see it come as "early" as end of 2022.
With even the best imaginable recovery we only have a half year of good trading in 2021 and it will do well second half year to cover first half losses and cover debt payments.
2022 then becomes a big year (hopefully the first full year when covid and its impact is negligible).
I personally would think it would take another year or two to reach said level.

They don't have a "lifeline to May", another poorly written piece by the Media.
Cineworld and lenders planned for several scenarios and they reached a "base case scenario of opening no later than May" In that scenario or any scenario opening prior to end of may they have stated they expect to have enough cash to operate throughout the year. If they were to open after May, they still expect to have enough to operate, but "may require flexibility/help" from current lenders. (I assume that is on allowing further use of RCF and such).
