@SXX if a "historical creditor"were to write off a debt,it would be a tax loss,so it may benefit them to take profits on our shares in the future.They are not named for a reason,probably at their request,I only know of one historical creditor and if it was them,then it would be an industry first (i believe) for them to accept warrants .10x debt is far too much ,possibly 2 or 3x.But the point for us is that it preserves cash and allows us to be strong and in control of negotiations.IMO
