My late night point re dilution of shares is that Nick has managed the balance well,by issuing shares to drillers ,advisors etc and exchange some for equity in Zaco and Zam( which will pay handsomely for those who participated) and at the same time it kept the value ratio constant (maybe even gained a bit) but the hidden and significantly most important gain for shareholders was "control". And as all can see from the AA agreement we have it totally.We have divested/sold assets and simplified ownership (it wouldn't surprise me at all to see further "simplification").We are now a"no brainer" for purchase,maybe even a lucrative partnership going forward.With many,many options available if we don't get the deal we want. Well played Nvs,the board and all those who held their nerve.

Lunacy on steroids.Anglo America have an agreement with a tiddlylittle company in Zambia .Mcap £30m,is it panto season? That tiddly little company hold all the cards and by have allowed AA,to be the preferred bidder - initially. Now we have had it confirmed that the site has value,we must also assume confirmation that we are in a strong enough position to withstand a hostile T/O.Otherwise it would already have been done,or would it ?

NvS and the NDAs will already have a good idea what the next drills are likely to show,so with this agreement signed the odds are on "Maker"

as stated on another site (NicC) it will most probably have agreement in principle. NvS will definitely not grant exclusivity for the sake of it.He just ain't built that way.So possible minimum purchase price already agreed and further exploration creating milestones and a JORC must be in there somewhere-but on what ????

There are going to be several NDAs and neighbours who will not be overjoyed at the prospect of AA being their future neighbour and also at the fact that they may possibly have missed the boat.This is just round 1.

AA could well start buying shares now,which would save them a fortune in 6 months time.Other majors could also start as they may want to do a competitive hostile T/O if it proves up.Institutions could start buying for a now,more certain reward.Or nothing will happen over the next 6 months. It all depends on "who blinks first" and as one certain Irish contingent said during the Good Friday negotiations "we're not blinking first cos we've slit our eyelids" GLA

pleasing to see MMs having to work to get shares,that means to me the resident seller and warrants have probably reached their targets (for now,they may have a few destined for premium gains now they have covered their a r s e s) and MMs lifted the price/raised the spread in order to be able to fulfill demand.This won't turn the corner in one hit,but I think this is the start and all those buying in the 2's will look back and smile.

555sss-why would we wait for Muswema " in full" when we have not done the same for other areas, a genuine question.Anything drilled at Muswema was finished over 9 months ago and only minimal drilling was done ,40%?-do you have different info ? Cheers F
