Is this really necessary here now? Was over 12 months of a campaign trying to ruin this company at all necessary ? And if an ex director who at one time owned over 16% of the company to then "pawn" up to 8% after having maybe sold 8% secretively might be of interest to present holders (I know it is).

For Arc minerals to have withstood it's largest shareholder's attempts to destabilize it through share sales and legalities and to have negotiated an "extraordinary deal" of a JV with one of the world's largest miners, speaks absolute volumes about the assets and the capabilities of the BoD .It may have cost us some time and a bit of money but in the grand scheme of things it will be irrelevant. The trolls are hating the outcome,some spitting feathers, and realizing that all their efforts have totally and utterly failed !
