That's nonsense - there is no numeric percentage of creditors that need to agree. It is purely on value and that value is 75%

Sadly ODR you are neither misinformed nor misreading. That is it. Finito. The company will be dissolved and there will be no value in any assets it may have. The directors have strung everyone along for some reason. Perhaps they were playing for time to try to get the assets into their own pockets somehow and have either managed that without making it obvious or have just run out of time. Either way it doesn't matter. Your money is gone , my money is gone and so is everyone else's. I feel sorry for all the people on here who have done their best to keep this alive but they have been lied to the company. Even up to today the company were still lying about it. At least we can forget about it now.

As I said Max. It's all over for the Russians now. Regardless of what happens in the Ukraine, Putin and Russia are finished. Russia during the Cold War will seem like paradise to your average Russian in a couple of years. They will be eating babies in the winter. A lucky few will get a beetroot for their dinner twice a week. Putin won't be there to see it unfortunately. He will be dead within the next 6 months. They may take his brain out to study what has gone wrong before leaving his body in the street for the dogs to scavenge.

It's all over for Russia now. And Putin. Russia is losing the war. Thousands of Russians and Ukrainians unnecessarily killed at the behest of a madman who I confidently predict will be strung up by his own people within the next 6 months. If he doesn't top himself first like the coward he is. Decades of starvation ahead for the Russian people who will be shunned by the rest of the world. What a mess. Best bet would be for Nato or the UN to take over running Russia and try to ensure another madman doesn't take over.

StarRage surely if the market valued the company at £47M that would be AFTER paying all the company's debts!!? So it's not "just enough to pay Outrider." it would be £47M net.

However supply and demand dictates what someone will pay for an asset, and that may be wildly different to the market valuation all that time ago. It may be someone wants to pay ten times that. Or more.

We previously wrote to all holders of Frontera Resources Depository Interests to advise that the shares were to delist
from trading in the UK.
As the shares would no longer be trading on a stock exchange supported by Interactive Investor, we advised that they
would be withdrawn from trading and ISA accounts into client’s own names following receipt of share certificates from
the company’s registrars.
Unfortunately, whilst the share certificates have now been received, we have attempted to contact the company on
several occasions however, the company are not responding.
We are therefore, currently unable to obtain share certificates in beneficial holders own names, should this situation
change we will update you further.

Sorry I've been away for several weeks and haven't got the energy to try to look through all the posts. Some are very good but there is a load of nonsense too and it would take forever to catch up.

I will look over the last few days to get a flavour of where we are but I have one big question - I remember a while back the scumbag was claiming to have bought shares privately at 0.06. Did we get to the bottom of that? What is he saying now? For the avoidance of doubt I still have 10m shares and am selling nothing.

It's giving notice of potential delisting on 24 January if no new NOMAD. It also confirms the positon re ISA etc.
