Clarifies that Intrinsic has NOT bailed on the financing agreement, they have been bought out.

Delay to release of prospectus until October 31st, in the mean time Asimilar will take up the shares intrinsic was due to take.

Markets dont like delays and uncertainty but I guess the company will clarify once the shares are taken, probably before the end of the week

No prospectus release just yet. They do have until tomorrow. Surely, they won't delay it past August (won't do any good for the sp).

Daramuda the company did say by the end of August so it is only a matter of this week. If they further delay the release then a sp drop would be understandable.

Well there you are ...someone mentioned confidence from recent tr1's . Shows how sly Robert been. Pumping the stock and then selling off before this has even hit the highs that he was making out it will reach.
Any further sells from him will not even need to be RNS'd.
Will be asking to view the shareholder register so that can monitor him selling off.
Will be interesting to hear why he has sold.
