I'm happy we have the money, at a price 25% higher than yesterday's sp. However, my question is why the continuous delay in publishing a prospectus !?

Sunset what planet do you live on!? How many deadlines have they already passed for this prospectus release!
Nothing to guarantee it will be released by Jan 2021 deadline either
