What do we think of the chances of an RNS before Christmas? Or could this go into next year?? I really don't hope so :(

I tend to agree with your post Roger, although obviously I hope you are not correct about the share price in the next few weeks.. but i definitely think the shares have been forward sold bu ii's. and that's the reason we are still in the low 20's. It is as dodgy as it can be, but I am convinced there's more to it as well.. Let's just hope we will get the JORC soon and everything will be fine

Yes I am going to ask my accountant to work it out for me. However I need to know what information I need to provide him with :-) The valuation statements in Halifax won't do the job I suppose? I am just trying to work out what document to use in Halifax to work it out ;-) Surely other people would have had the same issue?? :D

I am trying to work out my capital gain tax for my shares in my normal account (so not in an ISA). My question is how on earth do people work this out? I have been selling and buying shares quite a lot in the tax year 2020-2021 and I am not sure whether there's an easy way to work out the gain? I am using Halifax but can't really see a document that relates to the profit I made? How does everyone calculate this? Thanks in advance :-)

I fully agree with del929 here - I don't care what people think and they can say I am deramping this etc. The FACT is that I am invested for a long time and I have hardly sold a share (been topping up all along). But we just can't deny the fact that we havent had ANY information whatsoever regarding the sale, who's the interesting party? what would the offer be? what is the timeline? NOTHING! Instead of that we've had two fund raisings without giving us any information on the sale again. A lot of us were here a year ago and the 'ramping' crew kept on saying we would have news by Christmas and look where we are now.. Still waiting for any piece of news on the sale. I am not saying this is not going to be big - just saying that the BOD could have communicated more by now.

I do wonder whether you could be right Peter.. I have a feeling that we might end of mining it ourselves.. I just think the process is taking too long now and why not come out with at least the offer or the credible party? it just seems a bit odd that we still don't have any information at all..makes me think that they want the private investors to be out....
