Anyone sure of what date was Polar selling actually completed, was it all done and dusted on 1st April, then notified today the required 5 days later?

Or, was it initiated on 1st April and continued thereafter up until today?

No, I don't know if the earlier Numis quote for SP at £10-50 was on the fraudulent website (Numis clone). As with anything, not a big deal if it can be verified.

Some may not be aware - a Numis clone website is on the FCA fraud alert list was in operation last year issuing fraudulent information and flagged up by the FCA. I'd be wary of any information posted on Twitter unless it can be independently verified from the official issuing source. Not suggesting it's not real, but the fake Numis information fooled a lot of people in 2020. If it's real, all well and good.

FloridaJoe, can you post the original link? That link in tweet can't be enlarged (ie read). Is this a newer broker note from the one issued in January 2021 that also had a price target of £10?

I do tend to agree with Doc. Maltml, both of the points you make are also correct in my mind.

To help clarify, I looked at what Prof Nick Francis, Professor of General Practice at the University of Southampton, said on the completion of recruitment into its Phase II HT in January 2021 "We are excited to see whether we can detect important benefits from early use of inhaled interferon beta (SNG001) for COVID-19 in the home environment, in terms of resolution of symptoms, preventing hospitalisation, and reducing the burden of Long-COVID."

Reading this I have assumed that our nearest goal is confirming IF SNG001 reduces symptoms, preventing hospitalisation, and reducing the burden of Long-COVID. Importantly, I see our 2nd goal, in the longer term and in a study that I would expect to last at least a further 12-18 months, as looking at HOW SNG001 affects the long-Covid sufferer. So IMO it is 2 separate studies (If and How) .

I could be wrong but that's my thinking on it.

Don't kiss too many yet, we don't want to add to that number.
