Nice move on figures, shud test higher still, big fib resistance lvl at 525 to get through, but if 60 usd holds we will at least test this next soon. If oil stays above 60 in the coming months, 4th Q will only add support to share price together with buy backs. failing a market dump, looks very healthy.
Well if brent stays above 60 on Monday, we must test 506 resistance, then on the Q3 RELEASE TUESDAY we hopefully test next significant lvl of 525, very interested to see SP reaction up there, may hold or fly through if figures beat top estimates! Fingers crossed
Hi zzzzz, reckon crude held. 54.80 and cable in tight range for now, 1.30-1.3250. We are in kind of nomands land now and volumes low so drifting Reckon we test 520 around Q3, but would be surprised if we breach supp 475.477 now unless markets tank ,that is my only concern. Sit back enjoy divi and wait ,we will see above 500 very soon
You may be right Andrew, hey a profits a profit and a good one at that! However this is Normans land, reckon if crude holds 54.80 we test high 50.s again. I am expecting a brilliant Q3 and 525 easily obtainable from here, I'm long@423 average so sticking with it, I do think 7500 a mountain to hurdle

I am telling you the truth and as I trade my pension fund , I have 65% of it in BP through various channels to a total exposure of more than 250k sterling. You may think i,m mad but want to be involved and not except a 1.5 % increase offered buy my sip provider!!
AND to ad insult to injury look at the volumes traded the past few days, buyer at 446.80 but more sellers than buyers and we are almost 20 ticks higher in relatively thin trade!! we need to break 477 to really ramp it up and that will be determined on world issues and politics . Buy sit and hold and wait till next Q3, YOU WILL BE PAYING ABOVE 500 BELIEVE ME!!!
with 750 write off out the way, ipo's on subsideries and a much healthier oil price this Q3 is going to be a big number!!! mark my words and get in now , we will be testing 525 in Dec without doubt !!! ps. oil is NOT GOING SUB 50 IN 2017!!!
