RE: Warrant & Options22 Jul 2025 21:04
I took was in regular contact with MC. He took time to call me from Nicaragua a year before the sale and was on the phone for at least an hour. He was very open and was frustrated with the low ball offers from Calibre and the Chinese. It annoyed the pants off if me when he was given so much abuse on the Condor board of LSE. We discussed it and it did hurt him to the point he gave up reading the board. I truly believe he did everything in his powers to get a decent return for shareholders. We were just unfortunate with geopolitical situation at the time and to be fair, we are now where we are because of him. The company (CNR) could have gone to the dogs when El Salvador halted all mining, but he took up the reins and forged ahead in Nicaragua. People forget in the early days he won an award for his management of Condor.
