"Positivity wins the day!"
It does if the company manages to commercialise the drug or gets bid for at a generous price.
It doesn’t if the company fails to do either of those things.
Positivity has nothing to do with it.
HSD is correct
"Can see this opening closer to 15 pence."
No chance whatsoever of this.
What price was the placing? Maybe these are placing trades that a dopey back office/trade support accidentally booked as market trades.
This is part of the fundraiser they announced last month, yes?
La Mancha also participated, might we see a TR1 from them soon?
We will quite likely see the authorised version of that trade in a day or two.
"RMM is currently valued at £9 million but owns land containing £1 billion of copper and gold"……which it appears to be incapable of digging up profitably.
Personally I'm kicking myself for not selling these when they announced that the new FD and admitted they didn't know what their financial position was. Eason Chen is a complete muppet. No financial controls at all under his watch.
Other lessons..
1. Hedge when the price of copper is through the roof.
2. It doesn't matter how much resource is underground if you can't dig it up at a sensible cost
3. Similarly, it doesn't matter how much you produce if you can't sell it at a profit. All the focus on production levels this year, without any regard for overall costs, was idiotic.
When did a situation like this ever result in a bonanza for shareholders?
Eason Chen is a muppet
Well it was a stock I was a jobber in so I was supposed to take an interest.
There's absolutely no reason to suspect that SNG001 has any future as a treatment for long covid.
When I were a lad someone managed to get a fake RNS out in one of my stocks. Quest Automation I think it was. It Didn't fool everyone because whoever wrote t didn't seem to properly understand what they did for a living, but it caused a bit of excitement for a few minutes.
3 - 3.5
I'm saying 19 - 20.5
"Mani - Can I clarify what you mean when you say a long covid trial.
Are you suggesting another covid trial with end points geared towards prevention of LC symptoms.
Or
Taking patients with existing long covid symptoms and attempting to flush out the viral remnants?"
This is a v. Important point
We have some evidence of efficacy in the first case
No evidence of efficacy in the second case. It’s maybe less obvious how SNG001 would work against long term damage inflicted by Covid (if that’s what long Covid is)
Might not tell us much. If the RECOVER trial only recruits people suffering from long covid, rather than people in the acute stage of disease, our data may not be relevant
I’m uncertain if we are an obvious candidate for a long covid trial.
Is there any evidence that SNG001 is any use for people who have recovered from Covid, but who may be suffering from long Covid?
Largely down to the previous FD. What a Muppet.
"And there it is"
There’s what?
