for what it is worth..my take is that....the boys entered the FSP fully intending to sell up lock stock, take their well earned riches and move on. Then during the process the Rosgeo JV became viable and they then saw the chance to sell 'substantially all' the assets but keep skin in what seems like being a very lucrative JV going forward. the best of both worlds. Just my opinion having followed this for the last 18 months...so not a long term aficionado by any stretch. As to the divi size....I really have no clue.

Just as an example of a Russian company that has brought massive returns to shareholders...I was hovering over this share 5 or so years ago when it was dropping from around £1 all the way down to 60p. It was booted out of the FTSE top 250 and at that point I bottled it and forgot about it. Today it sits at £6.67. No reason why EUA can't do something similar imo
