I think not....people will see it as a chance to sell and buy back in lower over the next couple of weeks. Risky imo.

This may have been mooted before but my thoughts are maybe Dimitri etc thought right time to sell....punted it round, the response was ...yes we are very interested....but if you can put xyz in place then come back and we can go from there...wtfdik though.

Personally I think any announcement about a cash raise would follow an announcement that the FSP had concluded unsuccessfully rather than precede it...just my opinion.
