Former Interim CEO and Director, Aidan Bishop, is returning to support BMV with a focus on Asia Development and the existing Asia assets that the Company is involved in. Aidan continued to work with BMV in a consultant capacity after stepping down from the aforementioned roles. The staff probably knew the Administrators are on route, hence all the vacancies.

On a serious note though, it is concerning here when you look at the financial position: 2023 EBITDA was £4.3m and the loss was £28.8m, 2024 EBITDA was £8.1m and the loss was £36.9m. Now, the EBITDA is anticipated to have dropped to only £2m. The £15m in the bank will be quickly burnt through.

That's a huge amount of profit if one buys in today at 1 tenth of 1p

This will only have to rise with incoming news, and then we will have new investors coming on board buying into the updates.

He advised me that Bluebird are not effective in their communication and if I was concerned about the lack of transparency ....then I should sell out
