actively interested ( or invested ) than the longs . News is short lived and belief not long long lasting enough to turn the tide ( YET) when it does then it'll be a RIP tide and RiP the short team

Not only is the weather calm but the premium building as low sulphur heavy production elsewhere declines .... with the short team taking it back to 12/13 it looks a good time to start buying the dips for the next results .... ABs prompt and decisive action stopping production at the marginal fields has made this a North Sea survivor where others looking for funding may slip away
