The company has stated

"there have been no material developments regarding the Monchetundra DFS since the Company's announcement of 3 July 2023. . . The primary focus of the Company remains the possible sale of its Russian assets although, as ever, there can be no guarantee that Eurasia will enter into binding agreements regarding the sale.. . "

So for me - no progress - at least since the first time EUA stated the sale is the primary issue.

In addition - the words "as ever" gives the impression of a level of expasteration and also acceptance of the existing situation.

On a brighter note - the last few days shows there is appetite for the company to have MCAP of £250m+ (shares got to nearly 8p) and that is without news (therefore completely speculation MCAP). So applying a level of risk/rewards factors onto this speculation price of £250m, I would suggest overall the market's appetite for EUA may expect 2 or even 3 x that speculation MCAP AFTER news arrives. Please note - it is not my opinion of the company valuation - but you cannot ignore the fact the SP nearly reached 8p on speculation (I am assuming anyone buying at 7.5p that their minimum return expected for this level of risk would be minimum 100% return).

When EUA finally finally makes a statement concerning this I would not be surprised if the decimal-point is moved a few places -- in which direction it moves, I leave that up to the experts!

With palladium today at $986/oz, and the other metals relatively stable - I cannot see many wanting to invest between $200m to $1 billion to build a mining facility to process between 130koz to 1000koz eq of pd a year that won't become fruitful for 5 years.

- Let alone buy the actual mining rights from some cash-stricken company trying to exist through a storm of sanctions that can be made cripping within a few days notice.

Nickel is about the same as 4 or 5 years ago - and EUA grade (in the WAI CPR) is not exactly considered high !! - according to the link!!

Reality is - cheaper & quicker payback with less risk from buying into existing producing mines than outlay huge capital on new infrastructure.

Augmented reality is - I am looking forward to the BoD saying they are very hopeful for a sale by the end of the year.

Still pay interest in this - but no longer read the ins and outs of whats going on - but I am sure they can generate good income in the future - but still think they need huge-huge help at board level.

Still difficult to take statements serious when review against what was stated back on 13-May-2021:

I think the word "expects" was unwise (as lost my confidence within a few months) - and maybe next time they just state they were hopeful to . . . . !!

I expect a conservative or labour victory at all the elections, I am hopeful for a Official Monster Raving Loony Party victory.

I do look forward to good news in the future - and hope their gold-room security is improved - they gonna need it if they gonna store 14,400 oz - which I am sure they will achieve but maybe not in the timeline suitable for some investors .

Its always good to see these companies become fruitful - just need patience.

Back last year the BoD stated they were "Very Hopeful" for a sale before end of 2023.

Similarly - I stated I was "very Hopeful" Luton would win the premiership.

With the relegation of Luton - looks like my use of the phrase "very hopeful" is aligned with the BoD.

- keep a watch-out for this phase in future RNS - as I will be surprised if they ever use it again

I mentioned earlier today that multiples of SP increases nearly always caused by share consolidation.

Well - there is another exception today Xlmedia - maybe not exactly multiples but over 100% increase again also based on a potential asset sale.

Maybe tomorrow we get three-in-a-row !!

The SP has been around 2p or less for months - that's enough time for many new investors to move in - and so a 4.7x increase would be incredible in such a short timescale to such investors.

Not all current shareholders bought in the 3 years before Feb 2022.

The longer the SP is suppressed - the easier it will be for the BoD to justify a lower sale price than years earlier.

But is this asset sale still happening !! as EUA have been informing everyone all the time . . . "At present there can be no guarantee that the Company will enter into any binding agreements regarding the sale of these assets", maybe there is more truth in this statement than some would like to believe.

Good morning - always wanted to be first in the days post!!

I know there are still some here that believe or are "very hopeful" of a successful conclusion to this ongoing asset sale and also "very hopeful" of receiving multiple returns on the SP from the asset sale.

- I may not have as much belief or hope as some of you - but I do believe in facts.

Normally - when a SP suddenly increases MULTIPLE TIMES it is nearly always caused by share consolidation - however yesterday it was observed - but NOT due to share consolidation!!!

Check out Roadside Real (ROAD).

It went from 3.25p to 12p (THAT IS 370% INCREASE) - and all this was based on a partial asset sale. It finally closed at 9.35p.

So - it can happen - and ALL YOU have to do is believe, tap your shoes 3 times saying "there's no place like Eurasia".

Notice this company MCAP still sliding towards book Net Assets.

No update from BoD since their forsaken hope concerning sale by end of last year.

Maybe best for the BoD to stay quiet - based on past statements.

3 or 4 years ago GRL had an MCAP of about 50% of CMCL.

CMCL have been generating 70-80Kozpa for the last 3 years.

GRL rhetoric have been 50kozpa, 25kozpa, 10kozpa. . . . writing on walls along time ago for this organisation. Possibly correctable 2 years ago but no longer.
