They said they are talking to partners even if peer review will call for more testing, there simply isn't time. It's not a new compound so is relatively de-risked. There are barriers, Gov't barriers, funding (£2 think now) for whatever they need to pay salaries and negotiate deals. Im sure it will be small.
Phase III - I cant see it happening despite them calling for it. Its all illumanti stuff (lol). They want to fill pockets with shares. How will they do it before the influenza and Covid part 2 season.
Production - They are touting production as confidence in the outcome of Phase II. This contradicts even themselves saying Phase III is required. Maybe production is for Phase III, who knows.
As always this has the hallmark of GW Pharma once a paltry UK 20p stock, now a NasDaq $100 stock. The second time in about 10 years I have seen the similarities.
