Two appalling raises in six months - despite that smarmy nudge nudge suggestion that - if indeed required - it might be at a price higher than the current at that time.

The failure to deliver Tema despite four or five stabs at timescale.

The failure to deliver any of the cusps

The need to raise for OPEX despite Tema revenue stream. My view in the absence of any suggestion of profit.

Oh, nearly forgot - and on top of all of those achievements - we probably are being swept further down along with the general market weakness.

I don’t think it is the broad market mood that has pulled the price down. It’s incessant YA/Riverfort selling in my view.

I don’t find much in there to disagree with.

The problem is simple. WSG can’t close a deal for toffee. IF there was ANY merit, in ANYTHING said by PF, at the AGM or within subsequent podcasts - then he has spent another 8 months failing to close ANY of the SEVERAL opportunities on the cusp - which form just a portion of the so much going on that he’d like to tell us about.

IF he’d closed anything. We wouldn’t be in the $h(te again.

This is just Darwin (probably worse) funding with a different T-shirt. And the same abject failure against expectation.

Tema might have been signed on Friday. There might be an RNS Monday. If Fowler doesn’t pipe up before mid-March - then think April. He’s had four or five guesses in 8months.

But even then Tema alone won’t cut it for most LTH’s. Three and a half years ago this was 25/30p and a certain bull was excited about £1 with MSC2 pending. Now expectation is maybe 20/30p. Fowler has slaughtered WSG with dilution - kicked of beautifully with that poxy Flagship.

Reassuring to know they’ve got their finger on the pulse.

AGM this year should be interesting IF they’ve only got a little Tema flag to wave.

There were several projects on the cusp apparently which which Pete hoped to get ‘over the line’.

Is because it’s up off it’s arse. I think if you look back, ‘can’t remember which year, but deffo pre Lungi - tech on it’s own did c‘10m. Moving focus from Tech to MSC - post Lungi Lansing in their lap was disastrous. Ebola compounded the problem as did the Impressive Flagship (see Premiership Pete) fiasco. 10%year on year when you’ve had a particular focus on transformatory deals, is a bit **** poor.

Presumably the promise has always be factual - else it’d be fictional. 10+ MoU’s etc. They just don’t happen. Several cusps - that weren’t. Tema, according to reports from the AGM, was one of several projects that might have been announced at last years AGM. Er, what happened to the others? KSA? - see Qatar.

What’s changed?

They have someone in Tech that can close.
